Product Manager

Role Summary
The Worship Initiative is looking for a Product Manager to own our Psallo Play & Psallo Lead products. The growth of these products are crucial to the success of our business. This Product Manager will share in the vision for these products and own the strategy and execution to deliver these tools to the marketplace. 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive product delivery and growth by managing the strategy and day-to-day execution of Psallo’s Play & Lead products
  • Obsess over the outcome; building a product is about more than delivering features, so you must be passionate about solving problems and delivering outcomes defined by the organization’s leadership 
  • Contribute to quarterly business objectives, product goals, and success metrics by working cross-functionally across all departments 
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Content to deliver the features the product needs that solve problems for our users and unlock the desired outcomes of the business
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption
  • Write (or review) all external facing copy to make sure the product offerings and marketing deliverables tell a consistent and compelling story 
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and validate ideas, ensuring solutions meet customer needs
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog so delivery teams know what needs to be completed each sprint
  • Assist in the build out of all QA processes for the products you manage
  • Monitor product performance by building and maintaining user dashboards and consistently talking to end-users
  • Assist in the execution of weekly product reviews with stakeholders 


Key Expectations
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management (or a role closely related)
  • Ability to synthesize lots of data (qualitative and quantitative) into actionable product requirements 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to empathize with users so you can better understand the problems your products are solving
  • Detail-oriented, but big picture, strategic thinker
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently
  • Pursuit of excellence in your work
  • In office all days of the week …  time away from work must be agreed upon between you and your manager
