Video & Studio Manager

Job Brief:
We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Video and Studio Manager to support our marketing, filming and editing needs. The Video and Studio Manager will complete video projects from stakeholder collaboration to post-production and delivery.

We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Video and Studio Manager to support our marketing, filming and editing needs. The Video and Studio Manager will complete video projects from stakeholder collaboration to post-production and delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain our in-house studio and all camera, audio and lighting equipment
- Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule webinars and filming dates
- Take the lead on the video production and recording for all webinars and interviews, including troubleshooting and accommodating preferences as needed
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners/clients to design and implement video projects
- Scope video project requirements and provide insights to leadership
- Develop detailed project plans for video projects and monitor progress
- Explore and communicate creative ideas to improve current videos and potential future video projects to promote MinistrySafe and Abuse Prevention Systems' products and services
- Manage YouTube and Vimeo accounts and keep them updated and organized
- Provide oversight for the external-facing website.
- Oversee 3rd-party vendors related to website, video animation, etc.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality and brand standards are met
- Oversee technical support documentation, including requirement specifications
- Assist with technical issues on projects, such as video calls
- Conduct all edits to videos and ensure the newest versions are updated on websites
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
- Adobe Premiere CC and Final Cut
- After Effects
- Mac operating systems
- Contemporary knowledge of all aspects of video production, including hardware and software
- Knowledge of lighting a shot and how to correctly white balance cameras
- Desire to learn new video skills
- Creative eye & detail-oriented
- Enjoys testing new technology & finding ways to use existing resources in new ways
- Ability to work productively both independently and as a team
