Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</em></li><li>Create and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies to support World Relief's mission and goals.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the organic social media specialist to align strategies and maintain consistent messaging.</li><li>Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.</li><li>Develop engaging and visually appealing organic and ad content that resonates with target audiences across various social media platforms.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares and other key engagement metrics, executing giveaways and campaigns to boost audience engagement and loyalty.</li><li>Monitor and optimize campaigns for click-through rate, cost per click, and other relevant KPIs.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our advertising efforts remain innovative and effective.</li><li>Brainstorm and experiment with new content formats, trends and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to demonstrate ROI and suggest improvements.</li><li>Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence.</li><li>Work closely with the content and visual teams to provide recommendations and insights based on past campaign results.</li><li>Work with the Digital Marketing Associate to create and optimize automated workflows, including new lead onboarding series, event/trigger-based ads, and donation appeals.</li><li>Analyze and report on social campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement for both organic and paid platforms</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp;
